Hair and Makeup: To create volume and hold, Betsy used Wella's Sugar Lift, on Isa's wet hair prior to her blowout. Elisa used Too Faced Melted Matte Lip Color in Sell Out to complete Isa's pouty makeup look. We love a matte lip paired with a smokey eye for fall!
