Hair Products and Tips: Spray the hair with a sea salt spray, and brush it through. Curl the entire head with a 1/2 inch curling iron; alternate curl directions as you head towards the back. After the hair is cooled, use a texture spray coupled with a strong hold hairspray like Amika's Headstrong Spray, and begin pinning the hair towards the center of the head. Alexa added a colored extension to complete the look, which was curled prior to hairstyling, and placed and pinned onto the head as the updo was pinned into place.
